My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent for those seeking shopping opportunities and being close to Istanbul's highlights like Hagia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar. The rooms were comfortable, but some service aspects lacked warmth. The dining options were acceptable, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was friendly.

I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, which was more like a junior suite on the third floor right next door. The room was bright and modern, located in a lovely dining room.
